IBILE Comedy Challenge is back people. In case you are wondering what The Ibile Comedy Challenge is all about, let us try and simplify it so you can be in the know as well. Gbenga Adeyinka  had an idea last year to search for new and talented comedians who reside in the 5 component part of Lagos. I.e Ikorodu, Badagry, Ikeja, Lagos Island and Epe in Lagos state with a view to  reward the best with 1million Naira, give a platform as well as inspire others to reach for excellence. The initiative was termed the  “IBILE COMEDY CHALLENGE”.

The Governor who is enthusiastic about youth development and using entertainment to Drive the prosperity of Lagos keyed into the project and the rest is history.

Emeakpore Ofajemue, also known as Short Family @iamshortfamily is the funny dude who beat other finalists to win IBILE Comedy Finale held Sunday 7th May at the Eko Convention Centre. He commended the initiative and thanked the Governor for investing in the youths and also hoped all other governors would emulate governor Ambode’s support for young talented Nigerians who only require a platform to excel.

TO PARTICIPATE IN THE IBILE CHALLENGE You must be living in either Ikorodu, Badagry, Ikeja, Lagos Island or Epe Regions.
